My Story

I moved to the Mississippi coast during the pandemic, seeking a fresh start and new inspiration. For most of my adult life, painting has been my creative outlet, and I've recently found great joy in the delicate beauty of watercolor art.

My journey into wire-wrapping began after a transformative trip to the Southwest, where I fell in love with the artistry and spirit of handcrafted jewelry. About ten years ago, I was diagnosed with cancer. In an effort to combat the effects of chemotherapy and find healing, I turned my attention to wire-wrapping. Through this craft, I discovered not just a creative practice, but a source of profound joy and peace during my most challenging days.

I gather stones from the places I visit, each one carrying the energy and memory of its origin. My most exotic adventure took me to Lightning Ridge, Queensland, Australia, where I had the incredible experience of mining boulder opals myself. These stones, along with the metals I carefully select, are chosen for their energetic properties and their positive effects on the body and well-being.

Every piece I create is one-of-a-kind, handcrafted with intention and care. My ultimate goal is simple yet profound: to bring joy and happiness through my jewelry and art. Each pendant, each wire-wrapped creation, is made with the hope that it will bring light, healing, and beauty into your life, just as this craft has brought into mine.

Thank you for being part of my journey.
